Oklahoma Trip

not only does peyton get to have a birthday party at home, she gets to have one in oklahoma too. matt's family lives in oklahoma. we went up there texas - ou weekend. yes, that is the weekend where texas crushed oklahoma. he he :) so we started the weekend by going to clint and christy's house for the football party. that night something happened that only happens once in a blue moon.....ALL the asbill's spent the night in the SAME house at the SAME time!!! yes...momma asbill was very happy. she loves having all her boys and their families together. the next morning we did something else that makes her very happy and proud...we went to church. i have to admit, i was excited about going back to tahlequah first assembly myself. it had been so long since we have seen everyone. that church is the church matt grew up in and the place where he proposed. so it is VERY special to me. after church it was time for the birthday party. all are good friends came to celebrate with us. i miss them all soooo much. (love ya jenn) neways, we ate, we opened presents, we ate cake, and the kids ran around like wild animals doing everything from swinging on the swings to driving the big, huge back hoe. i think it was a back hoe? oh well, it was lots of fun. then the next morning it was time to say goodbye and head back to texas for another long, exciting week.

Paula,
You are sooo right. Mama Asbill loves those times when we are all together. Nothing compares to those times for me. Pictures are absolutely adorable as always, but I'm not very objective. Keep the updates coming...hope this posts okay. Mama Asbill
